i got the car and the coil went out . i swapped to a d15 dist for temporary use. i bought a dist of the exact match and put it on and it will fire but it wont start the car. so i had to put the d15 dist back on. idk what it is. ive tried everything.

 

well, if it works with the d15 distributor (wasn't even sure that was possible), then you must have gotten a bad distributor

 

the new dist is firing, it just wont run the car...

 

But it works with the d15 dizzy?

well there must be something wrong with that distributor. try another one
