Default Recomendations for sources for quality struts and suspension bushings?

It's for my '91 Accord LX Wagon. My upper front left ball joint has a bit of slop but it looks to be part of the arm. I can press the bushings myself if need be but was wondering if anyone had good sources for arms, bushings and struts or should I just go with OEM on the bushings? It doesn't have to last me forever but I don't want to do the work with cheap parts and then have to be doing them again in the next few years so quality is important too.

Thanks

TAS Auto or one of the other vendors listed in the Accord FAQ

I'm guessing I'll be replacing the entire upper c-arms right?

I would buy OEM bushing and ball joints. KYB GR-2s are a pretty decent OEM replacement shock and they're priced reasonably.

OEM is always the best. Sometimes pricey but worth it.

Thanks! I was leaning towards OEM bushings after reading some people questioning the quality of the rubber in aftermarket bushings. And we see similar issue in our shop with aftermarket for heavy equipment.

With the aftermarket shocks am I going to need to get the rubber spring seats and shock rod bushings? From the parts break down it doesn't look like aftermarket shocks would come with those but want to be sure.

Thanks again for the help.

Shock rod bushings? You mean bump stops? No they don't normally come with the shocks (they're also frequently back ordered for whatever reason, so order early if you're planning to use new ones.) The rubber springs seats I normally just reuse, it's not something that normally goes bad. If you can find a set of complete set of junk shock and spring assemblies you can take them apart and use the top mounts to build the new shocks and springs at your leisure, which makes the installation go a lot faster.

I figured my terminology would be off but yeah, exactly what I needed to know. Thanks for the tip too.

x2! Plus, they don't squeak like some aftermarket bushings.
