Sounds like you got everything figured out nicely, should be a good build. Ditch the crank pulley though, you will end up eating through those ACL's with that thing on. Use the stock harmonic balancer.

No on the crank pulley. What b16 pistons? Id look into some different cams. You don't need the fuel rail or regulator. Any why a new crank?

And make sure you get it tuned and don't just use a chipped ecu

The 8 hear range plugs are a bit much for what you are going. Go down to an NGK RANGE 7. And no on the crank pulley. OEM or ATI will suffice. Also look to the reliable LS/VTEC thread

Well I think imma stick with the stock harmonic balancer. I wanna get a new crank just for a fresh rebuild. Wanna make sure everything holds up. Why ditch the cams? Crower cams and head rebuild kits are good. What do you recommend on cams kits?

The OEM crank is forged from the factory. you get NO advantage from buying a NEW crank be it OEM, and may make things worse with an aftermarket one. Just repolish the journals on the one you have from your block and you're more than fine for whatever power you plan to make.

you're starting to concentrate in the wrong areas.

As for camshafts.. all in the power you want to make.

Again, as I said, a new crank at all one isn't necessary. But its your money.

Accessport for Honda is only for 2006-2009 K-series engines. that will not work with your B18B1. So if you have your ECU, you need to use some other management.

what is the compression of the "Nippon B16 piston kit"? Is it based upon P30 pistons or PCT pistons? Only then can we even comment on
