1995 Accord fog lights oem or aftermarket?
1995 Accord fog lights oem or aftermarket? I am wondering how good the oem style fog lights work. What kind of beam pattern do they have?

honestly bro get some good quality aftermarker ones and some hids put on it.. i would get clear housing with a yellow hid bulb.. or you could check craigslist for a pair...
The link you gave are the Generic OEM fogs. The real one will say Stanley on the fog housing. The light output the Stanley fog gives has a nice cut off. Thats what my JDM Yellow Stanley fogs does.
OEM-style fogs have absolutely terrible wiring harnesses - I'm probably one of the only members who's owned like 5+ pairs of foglights (oem and non) and I believe purchased the last BNIB OEM set from eBay (Majestic Honda) after a bidding war with a HondaSociety member.
Some differences:
- beam pattern on OEM is better (wider)
- light output on OEM is better (brighter)
- quality on OEM is better (harness, relay, switch, etc)
- colored light on OEM is different (blue/green vs the orange/yellow)
- OEM switch lights up, DEPO/OEM Style does not
- OEM fogs only come on with low beams (parking and high beams they are off)
- OEM-style stay on regardless of what lights are on (but they must be turned on)
- OEM harness is run via the front and passenger side and through a grommet at the bottom of the firewall near where the ECU is (plugs into base of fuse box)
- OEM-style runs across the front and driver's side and you push it through the door harness grommet near fender and bring it in by the interior fuse box.
- OEM-style rusted up the brackets and screws when I had them
- OEM rusted up the fog cover screws
I installed 3000K hid's in my OEM and had a pretty good cutoff, did not try it in the oem-style. I also installed some yellow Lamin-X over the lense to get the JDM look to them.
If you have any questions PM me.

I,m probably doing an oem switch. But I want to do hella fogs.

I feel that stanley lights will be a huge let down if I don't like them. If I don't like the hella fogs I can sell them. It will just take more time to install them.

No the brackets are not present on the vehicles. 96/97 you have to cut the grill, 94/95 I'm not sure but it doesn't appear you do - they sit above the center horizontal piece and not in it.
