Default 1992 gsr with 98 gsr swap

Hi i have a 1992 gsr with a 98 gsr swap i picked up its converted to obd1 and i cant figure out what is wrong with vtec....... i need help bad.... please!!!!!!!

ECU? How did you wire VTEC? Any check engine lights? What RPM does it rev to?

Might want to take down your number. Check your codes, I bet you have a 21 , P1259, or 22.

i didnt do the swap im trying to fix someone elses mistake and it revs to 8

how do you check obd1 codes

There is a jumper by the passenger side foot well near the ecu. You might have to lift the carpeting around the area to find it. Its been awhile since I've owned a db2.

i looked everywhere and i dont have the jumper wire
