Injectors or fuel pump?
Larger injectors will increase fuel, but they will require tuning (cipped ECU) to keep the A/F levels correct. Usually a larger injector will give you too much fuel.
A larger fuel pump will flow more fuel and could overpower the regulator thus giving you more fuel, but you will never know exactly how much extra fuel you wil get.
An adjstable fuel pressure regulator would be ideal. You could control the extra fuel to the injectors making them run rich.... adjusting the pressure will control the ammount of extra fuel pressure the injectors see. This gives you somewhat an ability to tune the car.
