I have searched but didn't find much. I know these cams have a good bit of overlap but not sure how much. Does anyone know where I can find a cam card?
The reason I'm asking is a buddy gave them to me when he swapped cams.
My setup is as follows.
B18b1 stock bottom end (for now)
b16 head. Stock ports
Omni valve springs and ti retainers.
Skunk2 intake.manifold
70mm throttle body
Competition clutch flywheel and stage 5 clutch
ARP headstuds
1600cc injectors
walbro 255 pump.
Custom built gt37 based Turbo by TheShodan
Revhard tubular manifold
Tial 35mm wastegate
3" bumper exit downpipe
Chipped p28 with an s300 (might get an aem if budget allows)
That's all I can think of at the moment.
My goal on the stock bottom end is 300whp(or whatever 10-12psi makes) until I can afford to get my spare bottom end built.
Is it possible with degreeing and adjustable cam gears to dial out some/most of the overlap or would running them at stock timing be an issue power production/curve wise or would I be better off selling and finding another cam?
TIA

stay with s300, itll save you money and it will work fine for a wide range of power. as for the injectors, what fuel you running? at that power i still believe you can run 1000cc on pump and e85 for your goal and not have them over work. let your tuner figure out if it needs degreed, unless you are assembling it yourself.
Blox C's plus boost are awesome. In your case, no. The stock LS piston will not have enough valve relief. In vtec, you will have a great chance of having piston to valve contact.

I'm getting the injectors because I'm getting them dirt cheap and am going for more.power once I get my.other motor built.
We've used these cams on stock ls bottom end before but ill do a valve clearance test just to be sure
Also there's only a few e85 pumps near me and the closet is 20 moles one way so ill have to stick with 93 until it becomes closer to me.
