88 Crx High Idle; Doesn't start!
I recently bought a 88 crx [base model] to slowly restore and the motor seemed to be in good condition (140k).
Anyways, I went to a drive-thru right after getting off the freeway and my car stayed idling a little bit high at around 1500k-2k. I turned off my car in the drive thru and tried turning it on, but it wouldn't ****ing turn over. I was so embarrassed but finally I get back in my car from checking the engine and it started again. This all happened in a span of 2 minutes approx.
I'm prepared to work on the car this weekend; any advice as to where I should be looking? I don't have any fluctuating idle or anything like that so I could count the radiator out. I'm not sure exactly where to look at with this motor.

Damn, okay guys so I replaced the battery, spark plugs, spark plug wires, main FUEL INJECTION RELAY aaaand the valve cover gasket with grommets (spark plugs had oil on them). It drives better (obviously) but the idle problem is still there. It fluctuates from 1k to 2k now and sometimes it just stays at 2k for a long time and sometimes if i just rev the motor it goes back to normal and sometimes it goes right back to high idle.
The motor hasn't died on me YET, but I was wondering what other steps I should be eliminating now to get closer to fixing it.

Heres a video to better see, you dont need to watch the entire thing really.

Oh so during the first few moments I had revved it and it went back to normal; than turned it off, turned it back on. And it went to high idle and revved it and it went to fluctuating.

Yeah, I have no idea where the FITV is; I've Google'd and read a ton of How-To for it but they are for engines other than mine [D15b non vtec PGMFI]. I'm confused as to where it is. I've found the IACV though which I will be cleaning as well....
