hay whats up. i just got some spoon "style" mirrors for my 93 coupe. i need help with the wiring. it has 3 wires. green,yellow, white. the wires on the plug coming out the door are different colors. does anyboby know or have done this before help me out!!!!! what colors go to what??? please help. i searched and came up with nothing. dont tell me to play around with the wires. this has been done before, just want the correct way. thanks in advance!!!!

there ebay knock offs, so no instructions were included. i googled but found nothing. lots of the same questions asked but no answers. i found out for the 4 wires but nothing for the 3, which i have. anyone????

 

Hm. Found this in about 10 seconds.
"1 wire is probably earth.
1 is for up/down
1 for left/right.

reverse polarity to go other way......... "
I'm sure you aren't applying yourself.

thanks for no help!!! i found out were each wire goes after hours of searching and tril and error.

driver side: yellow/white= white
blue/ black= green
blue/ white= yellow

pass side: yellow/white= white
yellow/ black= green
yellow/red= yellow

everything works as it should. this is for 92-95 civic

 

Helped as best I could. You bought a set of no-two-manufacturer-alike crap "Spoon" mirrors off of some drop shipper on Ebay WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS and you expected someone to know which kind YOU bought that matched the SAME color wiring? There were only 3 wires and it took you hours?

 

Next time get a wiring diagram for your car and a meter.

 

For some reason, my spoon style mirrors from ebay have four wires; two blue, white, brown, & black. I didn't order these off ebay, I baught them off a friend. Idk how to wire them at all

 

I meant ONE blue wire, one white, one brown, & one black. But my oem harness is, two blues, one with a white stripe, one with black. & a yellow cable with a white stripe. 94 honda civic coupe ex

 

Do u have pictures??..I have the wires connected I just don't know how to hide them...also,are u using the wires that connect to the oem mirrors?the ones that go down to your door panel!
