I took apart my d15b on my crx. Should there be a o-ring here? I was told a while back that there should be by some mechanic, bt just want to know for sure cus i dont think it had one

On head where it sits. HE also told me vtec dont hit if theres no o-ring there

 

anyone?? I really need to know, ima put back the head together later on tonight

 

I do not see one in the diagram, I can check a head that I have at home too see if it has one. I will not be home for another 4 hours or so. Maybe someone else will know.

 

thanks a lot 90efhatch for the exploded view of the head. I dont see one either. So did the head have an o-ring? I dont want to put one if it doesnt need one or if it will block off oil pressure
