Default Ap1 Cluster Swap / Si-R cluster swap

I have 93 dx hatch with a b16a2 swapped into it. I am looking to swap out the stock cluster. I have seen several ap1 cluster swaps however they look fairly complicated to put in but I do love how they look. Would it be better just to swap in an si-r cluster? opinions?

It's a personal choice for sure as to which style cluster to go with. I personally don't care for the digital s2000 cluster at all.

Any EM1, EK4 or EK9 cluster will bolt and plug right in

So an ek9 (the red faced) will bolt in and fit the bezel just fine? That seems the cost effective way to. I want something with km/h and something better than the stock. Does anyone produce a plug n play for the ap1 cluster?

I dropped in a ctr cluster both in a 96 civic dx hatch and a 00 Si coupe, plugs right in

No plug and play systems for the s2k clusters. You need to do the wiring yourself, as well as getting a speedo healer so that the mph will read correctly, a ECT module so that the coolant temp will display properly, as well as mount it. Basically, everything is custom.

I wanted to do the swap, but then realized all the work and possible issues along with it and ended up settling with a SI cluster.

Yes, any 96-00 Civic cluster will bolt/plug in with out any problems.
