Well i am new here so i would just like to start off by saying hello and thanks to everyone that will help me along the way... now i am not one to know a lot about cars so my explanations may not be as detailed as others would be sorry about that but will do my best to explain myself.

I picked up an 05 honda accord 4cyl. with 61000kms on it since then i have put it up to about 68000kms, i have to get a few things fixed on it such as lower ball joints, passenger axle and a valve adjustment done. next things i have to change will be brakes and tires.

the problem.
When i am accelerating everything seems fine untill about 80km and up i get a low hard to hear whistling sound. and when i am decelerating about about from say 100km it will not make a sound until about 60km the whistling comes back much louder then goes away from 55km- 40km at which point it comes back and then leaves at about 35km. (this is with brake being applied and without does not matter).

does not seem to be the wheel hub or bearing because it's not making the marble noise or the low pitched growl grinding noise. (from what i have been told and seen on videos the sounds they make).
