My civic smokes like crazy!
When tail pipe starts smoking, may be its trouble time my friend. Looks kind of white smoke from the video. Hence may be your Head Gasket is damaged and due to this anti-freeze has entered the cylinder.
"Hey, uh ya, y0, tubular dood, sumtin Wong wit my cah, imma jus keeps beeten on it"
You do realize you can ruin more by doing the things you did in the video correct? In the begining there was bluef-ish smoke which indicates either the rings or valve guides/seals. Then the billowing white smoke shows coolant is getting into a cylinder/s severely. So, there is a high possibility this engine needs a complete overhaul. If you don't have the money for that then either a headgasket change or engine swap would suffice. I somewhat sense a "jokester".
PS - It's never a good idea to rev a cold engine. Things aren't lubricated properly yet.

what's it smell like? kind of sweet? definately coolant.
lots of blue smoke? oil from bad rings.
don't just discount that a6 you have there, its a peppy little engine when in tip top shape, i love mine.
if anything i'd pick up a low mileage zc from hmotors online and swap that over
