Default Advice welcomed for b18c build

Was brainstorming for ideas as to what to do to my "type r built" eg coupe now that shes broken in before this summer to hit my 200+ whp mark.. i know it sounds out in left field but ive seen R's with bolt ons hitting the 200 mark so im going for it.. Have an opportunity to pick up a b16 head (needed ill explain why further down) with sk2pro2 cams (claimed to be) 70 mm tb, sk2 intake mani, aem fuel rail and pressure regulator..

Current build
b18c1 block bored .5 over with...
.5 oversized p73 pistons
type r crank
type r rods
acl bearings
arp pro rod bolts
type r oil pump water pump etc
type r oil cooler
type r head
95 jdm Gs-R cams (got punked on a deal way back..)
godspeed intake manifold (surprisingly good midrange)
Gs-R tb
stock fuel system
LS tranny :/
11.5:1 c/r roughly
Running on a type r basemap from richtuned motorsports (no power til 3k feels like a single cam til then, think its due to cams and overbore)

Would that head mentioned above be a good buy? it needs springs and retainers but i can get those no big deal.. but would it be a good set up for what im looking at? overkill or not? skunk2 website puts me in ideal C/R for those cams..

goal- 200+whp and at least in the 13s quarter mile time. this car is also my dd.

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

oh forgot to mention...
new head is needed because i have a hairline crack in the spark plug tube for cylinder 3 that keeps drowning my spark plug out about every 10 miles.

also forgot to mention im running an ebay 4-2-1 header. pretty sure 2" runners. and 2.5" yonaka catback exhaust.

get a real header. pro2's may be a little big. try pro1's or even tuner 2's. and get a real tune. a basemap is not a tune which is probably why it runs like poo below 3k as you claim.

From what i have been reading and even my tuner has said that the type r replica headers are perfectly fine and only 60 bucks so think i might do that one.. real tune is going to come after all is done. im not going to waste my money on two separate tunes costing me a total of 600 bucks. asking for advice on how to hit my goal 200+ and at least 13s. not advice on how to fix. no offence. just tried car on a p72 and it runs great so im gonna use it until ready for tune. any other suggestions?

Pro2 cams, 3in intake, better header like atleast a tri-y replica or megapower, and of course a dyno tune. If everythings healthy you should be at or past 200whp(dynojet)..

Running a godspeed now. If I get the head mentioned it comes with a 70mm blox tb a nd skunk2 intake. Thought about victor x but I heard performer x is better for na and also hears skunk2 is very similar to a performer x.

Skunk2 and Px are nowhere near close to the same when you really get down to the details.

What exactly are the differences between the two when it comes to power they make? I guess I'm trying to get as much power to this build as I can. Thought about itbs too but idk that's a whole hell of a lot of work.
