Icon3 Help!!! Antifreeze leaked into the tranny

I just got done switching out all my gaskets, seals and putting in a stage 2 clutch. After all was done i took it out for a drive and everything seemed well. On my way back home the car started to shutter and shake. I checked the mounts one was loose so i tightened it but the car kept shaking. I got it home jacked it up and thought it might have something to do with the transmission. because there was a little leak on the floor under where the transmission is located. I opened it and Antifreeze poured out!!!!! One of the seals wasn't seated down all the way on the speed sensor and i think thats how the antifreeze got into the transmission. I drained the fluids out. I use gear oil in the transmission so it was easy to tell that there was antifreeze in it. there was about two quarts of antifreeze. Was wondering what to do now? Is my tranny done for? Do i need to purchase a rebuild kit? Is it fixable? Do i need to get the transmission flushed out? Or is there a way to clean it out myself in hopes that nothing was seriously damaged? Please get back to me ASAP!!

By the way im driving a 1992 Acura Integra GSR VTEC 1.7L

i fail to see how antifreeze got into the tranny through a vss seal. coolant lines dont even run that close to the tranny. two quarts as you claim is a lot. the tranny doesnt even hold that much regular fluid. exactly what gaskets and seals were you replacing?

Speed sensors that use coolant? That's a new one for me.
