Heres the deal 96 del sol si with H22 swap manual trans. DD runing for 3 years, S300, IAB delete, EGR delete, FITV delete, only vacuum hoses are for brake booster and FPR. Just left work get up to 45 MPH turn on the cruise control and a car gets over into my lane. So I pressed the clutch in and the cruise control did not turn off and the engine stayed at 3k RPMs. So I pulled over turned the car off and unplugged the under hood control unit. Started the car its at 3k still get back to work to trouble shoot. i have removed the throttle cable from the throttle body, checked timing, checked distributer, removed cruise control box under dash. Engine is running smooth @14.6 AFR with no codes. Please help any input is appreciated.

 

Need some help any thoughts are welcomed, as I'm out of ideas.

yes S300. Also I just measured voltage at the TPS and got .8 closed throttle and 5.3 vdc at wot. Is that out of range and causing this problem. Oh and thanks for the reply and I wasn't trying to argue with you on that other post, thanks.
