Default mysterious anti freeze

my car has an abnormal idle.it will go from about 400 rpm to 1200 then keep in that cycle.the timing is perfect,it has a new distributor, new plugs, new fuel filter, and a new iac valve.it is running wierd and the engine studders when heavy on the gas or at low rpm's. i bought a new iac valve and i was taking the vacuum hoses off the bottom and anti-freeze came out.im not a mechanic im a body man.is there supposed to be anti freeze in those lines or am i in trouble.if so i appreciate any help in solving the problem

Its built into the idle control valve nothing to buy

Its not so much a heater, more of a temp unit for idle control

I definitly recommend taking all that off and cleaning it. All the stuff off the Intake mani around the TB, I had some problems so i took mine apart and cleaned it, corroded like crazy, and it idled much better afterwards.
