Default WTB:Catalytic Converter and o2 sensor.. A.s.a.p.

Hey Honda tech. I have a 96 Honda civic ex coupe. I get pulled over the other night for loud exhaust. And they tell me that they are going to tow it on the spot.. Wtf I said why.. Supposedly the "eBay high flow cats" are illegal. Me not knowing that was telling the cop I bought the car this way bla bla bla the whole 9 yards. They threatened to ticket me out the *** and tow and impound my ****. Thankful enuff they felt bad I gues for some strange reason and let me use my own aaa to tow it home and only gave me a no front plate ticket. Lol. Thank god. Any dam in Nj I didn't think the cops actually pulled out a mirror and checked for that... So that's y I'm making this treat. Every1 that has suggestions or .02 on this please let me know what I should do..

Any way. I need a stock cat or a LEGAL aftermarket one if anyone has it. Lmk I'll pick it up if your local in NJ or if the price is right I'll have it shipped.. U can pm me here or just give me a text 908-four8seven-one8four8. Thank dudes.

Probably 75% are rolling with no cat and 24% are planning to do the same. Do you need a 2.25", 2.50" or 3.00" OBD2 compliant high-flow cat? It's the only way to roll on the street and to the track if you want to stay green and not lose any perf.

I've had bad luck with those legal aftermarket ones. They don't last long even if you're running a stock ECU.

I've got one I use only for inspection. Put it before I go, take it right off when I get home and put my test pipe back on. Weld a factory heat shield onto your test pipe and it won't matter if they pull out a mirror to look underneath.

Get a quiet muffler and a front plate and they'll just leave you alone altogether.

He didn't text you because he doesn't want your o2 sensor.
He probably doesn't even own a civic! It's a made up story people, just search his phone # he is a scrapper and buying converters to profit off you guys!
