Civic Heater NO air
When my car is at normal operating temp does not blow cold or hot air unless if i get it up to high speeds even then it still blows little air , Could this be Heater core is Clogged? anyone

Does the blower motor run at low and high speeds?
Is the blower motor fan filled with debris?
