Ok heres the deal: need a new set of tires for my daily driver.
My db8 is dropped in F&F type 1, camber kits, fender tabs bent in& fender rolled.
Raised up my car a bit for raining season & need something with comfort & noise reduction. My 2 choice are kuhmos 195/55/15 or 205/50/15 due the price super cheap. Anyone have preferable set they like? I'm not looking for preformance just for commute.

 

For comfort and noise reduction, you're going to be better off with the 195/55/15. Its slightly taller, and since it has a slightly narrower treadwidth, you'll have slightly less road noise.

205/55/15 seems to hydroplane more on my dc2 when im on the freeway. i switched to 195/55/15 and it handles great on the freeways now

I have 195/55R15s on my Ek and on the work commute they are quiet but they were kind of expensive though. $128 per tire. Maybe because they have a 520 treadwear rating lmao!

 

same tires? cause there's more to it than just tire size.
