running an xtd 10lb flywheel with my exedy oem replacement clutch. love it. i think it's the perfect balance between the heavy stock one and much lighter ones.

A stage one would be fine. It's not dramatically different for daily driving. The pedal may be a little stiffer though.

Get whatever clutch you want depending on your mods. I went with an oem because I only have bolt ons and was broke at the time lol.

But would I see a performance difference with the stage 1 when I just have bolt ons?? Or should I just get a oem?

Stage 1 = OEM spec. Once you start getting into stage 2/3/4 cluthces you'll see higher clamping force.

If it is a DD don't go with anything to light... I have a 7lb flywheel and it's a nightmare along with my 6puck clutch lol But I love it and I have no problem with it. But I don't daily. I got stuck in a traffic jam a couple of times and wanted to shoot my car to put it out of it's misery because it was NOT HAPPY lol

Maybe find an OEM ITR flywheel. Lighter than stock OEM but quality and performance.
