Trying to install A/C in my EF before summer gets here and I'll be toasting in it. Did y'all use stock parts from the ls ir did you carry over the stock parts from the car? If you can put what kind of compressor and what belt you used that'll make things a little easier for me. Thanks!

 

you can use stock EF A/C stuff, but you need a different A/C bracket.
try hasport or innovative

 

or a crv ac bracket works fine

 

Have you used one? I've heard conflicting info on the crv bracket.

 

Here is innovative on a B18C. It uses the stock tensioner from the d16a6. The problem is finding bolts that go into the block, since neither the b or d bolt work, and are not completely threaded. They are to long. Additionally, the first mount I got from them was scratched and the paint was chipped. I sent it back, and got a perfect one back.

 

im going with a b20 one i paid 90 for it juat need a compressor.

 

innovative bracket with the stock compressor and component. only thing was the bolts like whited said and also bought a tad bit longer belt.
