Default No start issue. Searched and tried everything.

Hello Honda-Tech members,

I understand this is a very repetitive question, however i've tried everything to no avail.

Background story:
Car is a 1996 Civic DX hatch, with a b16 swap. car started and ran perfectly fine for more than 10k miles. One morning went to the store, left the car for no more than 10 minutes. Came back and car wouldn't start.

Things I have done:
-Battery is good. All dash lights work. Fuel pump primes. No CEL.
-Tried two different starters.
-Tried another ECU.
-Changed the main relay with a known good one (bought a new one from honda)

-I did a bypass jump to the starter, and she started right up.

So I'm thinking this is a wiring issue, however I'm unsure where to start. Any insight, on what I can do. Any help is appreciated. Car hasn't been running for a month now. I have a multimeter, so if any numbers are needed, I'll be glad to do what I can.

Edit/ more info:
when I turn the key to on, main relay does its thing click-click. Cel stays on for about 3 seconds. fuel pump primes. then when I turn the key to III, nothing happens. car doesn't turn over or anything.

Thanks

well u wont know from that if u have spark or not when engine trying to turn over hmmmmm my mexican way of cheking is taking out one of your wires put a screw driver in it and put it close to one of the 10m for metal contact and have someone try to turn the car on if u have spark u will see it there if u dont then u can also see cause nothing will happen

Manual transmission? Check the rubber/plastic stopper that presses on the safety switch.

finally got time off work today, so took a look at the safety switch. ended up going to Honda to buy a new plastic stopper. What do you know, that was the culprit. She started up right after. (I also replaced the brake switch stopper just in case that one goes out)

Thanks for the help RonJ@HT, as well as everyone else who had input.

Have a happy friday everyone!
