heater core cost
2002 accord 4door sedan, v6
its winter and my heating no good anymore, mechanic says it needs new heater core and i believe him, problem is these mechanic have a way of saying that they got part from dealer and jack up price when they might just got it from eBay for example. am tired of that dirty con, my question is what is the most i sld pay for a good working heater core and wats the most i sld pay for installing it. anything economical. please and thank you

OEM is number 4: http://www.hondapartscheap.com/index...=HEATER%20UNIT (probably won't find it cheaper) Then there's the mark-up plus 6-8 hours labor @ $80-120/hr. You're looking at $800 minimum.
