I don't really get what your saying. The crank pulley bolt loosens when you turn the crank counter clockwise?and you should never turn your engine clock wise

Take the timing belt off then shoot the crank pulley bolt with an impact. That should prevent it from loosening when turning the crank.

Yea you need to torque the crank pulley bolt to the right torque so it won't loosen. What do you mean you need to turn it that way to adjust your valves

my cam gears wont line up correctly and my valves are pushed down on the intake side (idk if this is normal or not but it happened when i installed my cams).. its a headache right now!

is it okay if my valves are pushed down by the camshaft? all i did was install camsgafts correctly and then torque all the necessary parts, then i looked in the intake manifold area where i can see the valve, and its pushed down by the lobes! will this affect anything?

You can torque the crank pulley bolt with a chain whench and a 1/2 drive breaker bar you don't need an impact gun..but before you start the car make sure you use a torque wrench on the bolt

And make sure your timing is good before you worry about a valve adjustment

Well get a Haynes manual if you don't already have one and do some research that has pics on the internet before you start messing with car. Like I said before you don't want to mess anything up

Do you have aftermarket cam gears? And are your cams supposed to be at 0-0? Or what are you setting them to?
