Look for broken wire(s) in the wire boot. It looks like a rubber accordion and is situated between the door hinges.

As an owner of 3 different 94-97 accords, I will tell you that the window motors are a weak point in these cars, the mounts are in the middle of the window, instead of at each end so it always ends up with more friction on one end, which causes the motors to burn out prematurely. If you got one from a junk yard there is a pretty good chance it is on its way out too, I would look into a new one, or try to find a low mileage used one.

Clean out and lubricate the window tracks and seals and purchase a new window motor...

Silicon grease works wonder on sluggish windows. Both windows on my 94 Accord practically stopped working until I applied some silicon grease. Now they work like new.

Use Honda Shin-Etsu Grease for all the rubber seals, this is a silicone based grease they use on S2000's and NSX's for their convertible and targa tops. It helps rejuvenate and lubricate the rubber seals. Clean out the seals and read the instructions (essentially wipe it on til it is absorbed)

For the actual metal rails, use a lithium grease (Honda has a spray) for these. Clean them out thoroughly before you just spray it though.
