Integra Turbo build need help
I have decided to do a GSR turbo build, i just bought a bare GSr block for $140, and saw a post about gsr builds and want to go with eagle rods, wiseco pistons, golden eagle girdle
My question is what head and internals do i need and what kind of crank should i get? i dont have a car yet but was looking at a 95 integra GSR clean title body no tranny or motor for 1800, is that a good price?, it has hnr springs and tociko shocks, and white gt3s
i found an old pic of one of my projects, sorry for bad quality but its a picture of a picture, this was done before digital cameras were invented 92 civic hatch vx, 99 front end conversion, B18c motor, smogged, if your wondering how it was smogged, i simply had a bar'd USDM GSr motor previously and swapped it out with a B18C

Use the stock GSR girdle, you would need machine work for the GE girdle. Use a stock GSR crank too. And just get a P72 GSR head. $1500 would be a better deal for the GSR shell, offer him that and see what he says.
i already offered 1500 on the shell and they countered with 2000, thats why im gonna offer 1800, another prospect i was thinking of is a 97 civic dx shell, which is also clean title, gonna offer 950, their asking 1200
my daily driver is a 2010 TSX, so its a project im willing to give time, but thanks for the advice on the LS teg, i found some in my area for 1400, probably the way to go
Definately the way to go, that guy was asking a little much for a shell. Or find a GSR teg for around $2,000, and sell the block you have. Or find another shell, because you can get one for a lot cheaper than that.

if you're building the block might as well do the head too. dont have to get crazy with it either. clean it up, valve job, new seals and guides.
