Default Pinning O2 to ecu

I'm desperately just trying to get my car to pass e-check after being taken for a fool when buying my first car.. I'm not to experienced with honda's but i really wanna learn. Ive recently got a new cat, and in the process of a virgin p28 ecu and i need to wire up my o2 sensor directly to it.

The car is a 94 VX with a gen 1 b16 and a mugen soon to be virgin p28 ecu. Ive look at a bunch of diagrams on how to pin the o2 up to the ecu but the car is a mess... Everything looks like spaghetti, I had thought it had a converter harness but was ghetto rigged instead.

This being my first time doing anything electrical related i just need some guidance. I currently have wires pinned into a6, a22,and a25. D14 is the only unoccupied one that i need. Should i just cut into the other 3 and piggy-back a wire from them to the o2 or just cut them and solder the new wires connecting from the 3 a's?

If your wiring is that hacked up you are probably BEST served by getting replacement harnesses.

-O2 sensor heater control. One of the blacks on the o2 sensor go to pinout A6 at the ecu
-O2 sensor signal. White on the o2 sensor goes to pinout D14 on the ecu
-The other black on the sensor is a switched 12 volt. Splice into pinout A14
-Green or gray on the o2 sensor is the o2 ground. Splice into pinout D22

Yeah, don't bother messing with hacked up harnesses, they're a nightmare. I learned this the hard way..

you can blow the circuit for the o2 sensor wiring it this way if not done correctly the first time. been there done that. i recommend buying a sub harness to add to your current harness.

Where would the sub harness hook up to? Is it essential?
What i had planned was just wire it up to the ecu. (i had seen other threads and pinouts of it all) Then later down the line look into getting a new harness. I'm fairly new to all this but the harness to the ecu is what is wired shitty. Would i just go and get a OBD0 ecu harness then get a OBD0 to OBD1 harness?

From what i looked at though on the ecu mostly everything is hooked up but its just not the prettiest. Only part I'm a bit confused is some of the slots are already taken up for the O2 and just wondered if cutting them then running the new wires off of the wires that are already pinned in to the O2 would been safe/smart/work?

usually the signal wire is a grounded and shielded wire to get accurate readings. you can wire it yourself be careful .

Before you went hacking up an already hacked up harness, I'd work on figuring out what those wires are connected to.
