D15B O2 sensor wiring nightmare

D15B O2 sensor wiring nightmare
im having a lot of issues trying to get my car running without the O2 CEL and its becoming a huge pain.
i straight hard wired my o2 to the ecu pins and it wouldnt run and when it finally did run, it sounded like a hardcore cammed out subaru. i have no idea why but it did. so i took my new straight ran wire and connected them to the existing wires i had cut meaning i had the new wire and old wire in one female plug and connected it the ecu pin wire plug and it runs back to normal still throwing a code.
what am i doing wrong here?

Yeah really what ECU are you running? If you are using a P28 you will have to run the additional 3 wires for the O2 not just the one white wire. What code is it throwing?

Re: D15B O2 sensor wiring nightmare
alright, im running:
-JDM D15B VTEC
-p28 mapped with p08
-have a universal 4 wire o2 sensor
and
all the wires are connected properly to the ecu pinout.
i even tried it with the P06 i had in the car originally running my old d16.
