driving on the freeway and hit one of those steel plates they put over road construction and some alarm started to beep! wtf. sounds like the one when you turn off the ignition and leave the key in. anyone else get this?

 

Does it always stay on now? or all the time when you have the car started? Does it stay on even when the key is out of the ignition?

 

No, it just happen when i hit the California construction cover on the freeway! thought i dented my rims! but it goes off a couple beeps then its all good. did it twice.... had to get to work! Thanks.

 

Does it sound like the door ding? Or is it a buzzing sound?

 

ZC, bbbb......bbbb.....bbbb! sounds like the door alarl. BUT, i start the car, seat belt on and open the door.....no alarm. Probably hit so darn hard it cried! Thanks for the replies!
