Ok i just repaired the axles and went to crank it and the battery was dead so then attempted to jump it with no luck, it seems like the fuel pump relay. But when i turn it off and pull the keys there is a weird electronic buzzing or whining sound coming from the engine bay that wont stop unless i pull the negative on the battery, does anyone know what that is? I tried tracing it but cant narrow it down.
