Ok I got the ebay traction bars(I know I should have better but read about them to late) and when I gas thewheels move foward about an inch or more and when I break they move backward. I can't figure out what it is. Can ya help by atleast telling what to check for or maybe someone has had this problem and know what it is.

jack up the car, place on jack stands, and then load up the wheels with the jack to simulate the car being on the ground and check and double check every not and bolt attached to the suspension.

report back with findings

 

Have you had the car aligned with the caster set correctly? If so, then your problem could be from all the slack between the hardware and their corresponding holes. Here's a clip:
