Use your stock harness and and modify it. Since your ecu is obd0 then you will also need to make sure u have a matching distributor. Makes no difference that the engine is obd1, what matters is that the distributor matches your ecu.
I'd addition to this you will also need to do the DPFI (dx) to mpfi (Si) conversion in addition to adding in vtec.

As with all swaps and as stated before - use the harness that came with the vehicle and modify it as necessary. Also, please don't bump - it's against the rules...

Thanks for the help..but what do you guys mean modify the harneess?
Is there a easier route to go?..using another vtec harness?

Your stock harness is set up for 2 injectors. Your new motor has 4. You need to modify your harness for 4 injectors.
The easier route would be, buy a conversion harness. Check my Facebook link below

Hurting for money there guy? This conversion has been done millions of times. Take a look in the FAQs as there is probably 5 or 6 "How-TO's" on this let alone if you searched te Google...

Yeah the change over is pretty basic IF you follow directions. As Never said to me, a lot can be learned from GOOGLE/SEARCHING....

No sir. Are u?
I just offer an alternative to used harnesses.
Modify vehicle's orig harness (unless ya like to replace under dash/cabin harness-NOT fun!) BTW,dizzy, ecu,AND injectors must match (ALL covered in the FAQ,search mpfi conversion)
Um, no. Only ecu, distributor and o2 sensors have to match. Injectors do not have to be obd1. You can use obd0 indicators with an obd1 ecu, and vice versa
