I need help installing a power steering pump
I have a 1993 EG6 with a B16a2 that doesn't without power steering. I just purchased a power steering pump without the power steering tank (or the reservoir tank). I've seen a power steering tank on Ebay but it claims that the tank can be put on a b16 or a b18. I would like to know if the power steering tank can be interchangeable with a B16 and a B18. Should I get one that is specifically for a b16a2? Please HELP!
What rack and lines do you have? If it's got the original civic rack get one for any '92 - '95 Civic, If you used a '94 - '97 Integra rack and lines get a reservoir for that. The original D-series pump is exactly the same as the OBD1 B16A pump btw, along with the '94 - '97 Integra pump.
All the tanks look the same to me. They mount in the same spot. Just get one for the chassis the rack and pump came from. Or just do what I do when I have a question about what will work and check the acura and honda dealership sites for part numbers and see if they're even different.

Sorry I havent reponded, my laptop died on me so I had to get it fixed. I got the lines off a '92-'95 Civic EX as well as the reservior tank. I have the top rack off a B16 but i dont have the lower rack. Will this be an easy install on a CX Hatchback?
I dont have the racks at all. I feel like an idiot because I didnt know what you meant but i do now. What I meant to say is that I have the top bracket. I think I need the pinion as well right?
