Default Torque to turn crankshaft H22

I'm in the process of building an H22 and when I came around to putting the crank in, I noticed it was very hard to turn the crank with the bearing caps all torqued down. I'm using a combination of King and OEM Honda bearings that have been coated by Embee performance. The block, main bearings and crank are all original. The bearing clearances are right in the middle of the FSM specs and I have lubed them with Redline assembly lube. I'm going to try to get an actual torque reading, but just using my hands, it seems very hard to turn the crank over. Is this normal? I know Hondas run tight bearing clearances, but this doesn't seem right.
