Default Header Glowing Red after 90 seconds. New k build

Here's the rundown on the car:

Stock K20z3
97 Ek coupe
JDM ITR ecu (fuel pump grounded)
11.7:1 wiseco
Center feed fuel rail tucked with return off the regulator

Cylinder runners 2 and 3 were glowing red hot after only a few minutes. This was the second start up. First time I was off timing on the cam gears. Tried starting it quite a few times while it was off timing which leads me to believe that maybe I damaged some valves. Maybe I'm overreacting.

Here's a video of the first start followed by the second start where you can see the headers glowing red in those cylinders.

your prob. running super rich, you need to get it tune ASAP or you will wash out your cylinder walls

It's a basically stock motor with a stock ecu.

Looks like timing is still off. I don't know a whole lot about the k-series but it definately shouldn't be doing that on just idle.

Just realized I'm using a accord tps that came with the tb that did work for me so I used all the sensors from the accord. I believe it was a accord because the throttle bracket was on the wrong side. Could that be my issue. Because I'm getting no where near .45v and 4.5v on mine now with the tps on the way I think it goes. I do however get a .5v when it's in a position that doesn't like up with the screw holes.

Think I got it. I had the tps and map plugs switched. Would that do it? *Also now that I'm trying to adjust the tps I can only get as low as 1.5v at closed throttle and I'm at 5.10 at wot. *

Think I used an accord tps. Would that matter?

Well I assumed the header heat issues were because I had the TPS and MAP switched. But how come I never got a code for either? And I also never got a code for crank angle which I thought I would if it was out of timing.

because tps and map have the same voltage sweeps, so it wouldn't know the difference between the two.
