LS rods + pm6 pistons in ZC'dohc, a few questions
Hi guys. I'm new here and i think to make turbo my honda. I'm a student and I don't have a lot of money to spend, so i can make it with less money.
So i chose LS rods + pm6 piston in my setup with CR between 8.6-7:1 , but i dont know how boost take the pistons from d16a6, i know that rods can take around 300-350 WHP. My goal is about 300 horses on wheels, but is it possible with these pistons, аnd if that's possible what turbo should I look for to get that power at around 15-17psi. cheers

Short answer = No.
You should probably post this in the Forced Induction Forum as this is the Engine MANAGEMENT / Tuning Forum...
I can also tell you 7:1 is stupid low... You want to be closer to 9:1 or higher for daily driver. Set your goals closer to 200whp for a daily driver and call it a day.

I mean 8.6:1 or 8.7:1 not 7:1:1 CR. I don't know , looking for information everywhere, but peoples say for daily 12psi others say maybe 15psi with good tune.
Why not, my friend has CRX with ZC 100% stock ,t25 on ~12-13psi and 230whp!
Just i have this parts and ask for good answer
p.s. the car is not for every day, this i do is for fun
sorry for my bad english

Like I said before, around 200whp. At 230whp you are right at the threshold of the stock limits. You need to read up more on this but lowering compression allows more room for error when it comes to tuning. Also, PSI has absolutley nothing to do with power. It's all about CFM. You could use a small turbo at let's say 25psi and a big one at 8 psi and they will flow the same. PSI is completely irrelevant. Again, your questions will be better suited in the Forced Induction Forum.
