Indeed, sell the car.

Anything is possible, but you're really shooting yourself in the foot.

What's wrong with the existing K-series?

Reading his post I got the impression it still had a k-series in it.

If it doesn't, and the wiring/mounts etc are still there it would be a lot easier to just put a k-series in it than try to put a b-series in it.

Back to B-series? Sounds a little on the insane side unless the K is broken and you have or can get access to a cheap B.

That just sounds like a terrible idea.

Honestly if it were me I'd 100% go for dropping a k-series in there. All the hard/expensive **** is already done.

just go to a junkyard find a manual ek and have them cut out where the shifter goes, then on your shell cut out where they cut for the k swap, after that just have a welder, weld in the junk yard stock mounting plate

Anything is possible if you look around, my friend got a complete k24 longblock for free.....

I completely agree with Libertariat, if I was you. I would just go k all the expensive stuff is already done for you via the shell.

Definitely just buy a K series motor, especially if you can drop it in and go. A K20 swap from an EP3 can usually be had for around $1000.
