cut off the muffler

 

Open header, disconnect the exhaust from the catalytic converter. Or run an electric exhaust cutout between the down pipe and converter. That way you can open it to **** them off. Then close it to drive as per normal.

 

as dumb as it sounds cutting off the muffler works but i just got a flowmaster muffler slapped on at midas and i ride by people on the sidewalk and pipe them all the time they don't look too happy lol

 

Making enemies of your neighbors...not a great idea.

Some people (the op included) have to learn that on their own some times....

It sucks when you go to have a party or gathering and one of those pissed off neighbors calls the cops on you. Sighting your gathering as a public/noise disturbance. Actually they will probably call the cops on you for you loud exhaust. Then you end up with a ticket and pissed off neighbours.

What goes around comes around... It is best not to be a dick head.
