Default CRX Intermittent Start Issue

Hey guys, it’s been a while for me. I got out of the Honda game a few years back but have recently bought myself a little 91’ CRX for commuting purposes (no mods) with 200k miles.

Since I've had the car it has done two things that that have bothered me. the first thing is an intermittent starting issue where you turn the key and nothing happens. At times, if I hold the key in the starting position is will eventually start after about 3-5 seconds. When I say hold it there I mean there is no engine cranking what so ever. All lights come on, main relay clicks once, but nothing happens. A couple of days ago I went out in the morning and it just flat out refused to start. It wouldn't crank at all, just like before all of the lights would come one, fuel pump does it's thing and the main relay clicks once. I went out to work on it today and hooked up a remote starter button to the starter motor. When I hit the button the starter motor just spun but did not engage to start the motor. Went back inside to start the car regularly and it started right up. I'm think a faulty starter solenoid. Inputs?
The other thing that happens with the car is that it stalls occasionally after I come to a stop and press the gas again (car is an automatic). It goes forward a couple of feet and then just, bogs down and than dies. This can be pretty scary when you pull out onto the 395 and a Mack Truck is on its way toward you. I have to put it back in park and start it again. Thinking it’s time for a transmission rebuild.
Any inputs would be appreciated.

I was gonna say the ignition switch by the discription but if you tested the starter and it spins but doesnt engage then obviously that's a problem. As far as the stalling.......is it throwing any codes?

No codes when it stalls. Sounds to me like a transmission problem but then again I don't know much about automatics.

For the stalling issues. I would check the map sensor, tps. I would even check and clean the throttlebody. Make sure everything is plug up all the way. I would also check for vacuum leaks. As for the starter issue its going to be a bad starter or ingintion key switch.
