Default difference between auto and manual harness

Have an auto teggy have 90 percent of the parts for my tranny swap but im wondering if later on will i be able to use a jumper harness to go from obd2 to obd1? I was told the harness are different and that i cant get a jumper harness to work. Any have proof? I find it hard to believe cuz then im screwed how will i get my s300 p28 to work in my car??? Thanks for the help!!!

any takers? im wondering what is diffrent no one has ever modded a swapped auto teg before?

the only thing diffrent in the harness is the auto plugs for the box and the tranny and the cluster i did the auto to manual tranny swap on my civic and i never changed out the harness i just spliced the wires to the clutch pedal and all

you will be able to use a obd2 to obd1 harness conversion

so are the clutch wires the heavier gauge black wires? because i would like to have the clutch safety switched hooked up atleast. dont really care for cruise control anymore. thanks!
