a/d of Greddy TD04H? Should I go T3 or stick w/ the Greddy? Will T3 bolt up?

Anyone know this, compared to a T3? I'm thinking about going from the Greddy TD04H to a water/oil cooled T3 and wanted to see what kind of differences I am going to tell?

And will the T3 bolt up to the Greddy manifold, or would that need to be changed out too?
