For both the short shifter and the main seal should i order it for the h23 or the f22 or does it not matter since there interchangeable. Also i could used some recommended sites to get a rear main seal and a short shifter.

 

The rear main is more or less the same for all 90's hondas. And it attaches to the crank not the tranny.
