Ok ive searched (i promise) and i haven't found anything to answer my questions.

I bought a brand new Omni 68mm Tb and an omni TPS. I cant get the tps to calibrate right.. with the multimeter set on 20k ohms the lowest i can get is .79 out of the omni tps and .59 out of the stock tps.. could there be something wrong with the throttlebody its self? the butterfly is completely closed and te idle screw all the way out..

any ideas? thanks!

Sounds like an Omni Power issue since they claim their sensor are the same as stock.

You are probably just setting your multimeter to the wrong Ohm scale (20K = too high). Set your multimeter to the Ohm scale closest to 1K Ohms.
