Honda Civic LX-S 2010 start-up trouble
I am looking for help with a problem my car just had. I went down to start the car and it wouldn't start! The door unlocked remotely (which means the battery is not dead) but when I inserted the key and turned it to activate the accessories (radio, lights, etc.) the whole console just randomly clicked on and off. When I turned the key further (where it would normally engage the starter) nothing happened (except the console just turned blank, and stopped blinking. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it (I'm not a car person at all). It doesn't seem like it's the battery. Seems more like a short circuit or electrical wiring problem? I dunno! So weird, this never happened before!
Thank you for any help!

Your battery is dead, it had enough power to run small stuff but not enough to start the car.
First check the battery connections make sure they are tight, you might be able to twist them if they are loose, if they are loose twist them a few times and try and start the car.
Twisting them back and forth a few times cleans the connection.
If still no luck starting have it jumped and then go to advance auto or autozone and have the battery tested it's free.
