Default Head Building

Ok first of all im a newbie so dont flame me im just lookin for a little help. Anyways i have a 01 itr and i was thinkin bout gettin another type r head building it up and then do everything at one instead of things here and there...my question is where do u guys recomend getting port and polish?
what is the best/safest pistons to run with 91 oct gas(damn CA)?
what are the best valves to use?
thats all i can think of...what about boring it out?....all things i would like to get info on...i got time and i can wait to save money so i just want ur guys opinion on what would be the best set up for a streetable al motor monster?

planning on skunk2 stage 2....maybe 3 but i heard they arent streetable at all
