I'd have to go with Larry at Endyn. Can't really go wrong but you'll pay a premium. There are other good shops out there as well.

Without a doubt Dave Localio, Headgames Motorworks. He has ported my heads for the last couple years and I am making well over 700hp. I have tested many port designs for Dave and he knows his stuff, real nice guy he can help you with your goals for sure. His screen name on H-T is HEAD.

That surprises me to hear that about Portflow. Tom is usually very easy to deal with, and does excellent work.
