Im having a problem with my 94 civic hb auto. It's a stock sohc d15 motor. The cap and rotor have been replace, fresh oil change, new plugs and wires, fuel filter is fine, new battery, reman alternator. the car idles fine but in the past two days while driving the car will lose power like I let off the the throttle and die. I can put it in neutral and start the car, and it'll kick back on. No cel. The car does have an exhaust leak past the downpipe which I need to replace. Would this cause the car to run lean and mess with fuel air ratio causing the sputter and die? If it starts sputtering I can push on the gas ad it goes away for a bit then will come back. Any ideas gents?
