Default Front control arm torque

I have a 95 civic hatch that I took the front lower control arm apart(2 piece). I haven't been able to find a torque specification (I looked in my 96-00 Honda Service manual).

There is a nut as well as a bolt. I would appreciate some guidance as to where I can find the torque values, thank you very much!

I would think 40-45 would be fine.
