Sorry, I couldn't find it in helms. It wasn't listed on the torque spec page because they assume that those pieces will always stay together, I guess.

Damn, thanks for trying, I split them to replace bushings and painting. Any guess as to what I should torque, or just go tight and bust a half turn on it?

Since they're 17mm bolts, the facotry manual says 47 ft./lb.
I just set them to 55 ft./lb. using the lowest setting on my impact wrench. It won't break them and I know they are not usually played with.
